We provide a safe and comfortable environment, operating a robust on-call system with 24 hour key worker mentors available. We aim to empower young people to make positive changes and help them to overcome any barriers in order to take control of their lives, experience happiness and increase their self-worth.

 

Each young person has their own agreed support plan specifically designed to offer children and young people short term intensive placements that enable them to make the transition to a residential or foster placement. We work in partnership with local authorities, families and professionals in a team around the child approach. Working with our range of community, special education & support services and external providers, we can offer holistic support for children and young people.
